30-Day Return Policy:
Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Eligible Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain live plants, clearance items, and customized products may not be eligible for return due to their perishable nature.

Return Shipping:
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
