Coir, or coconut fiber, is a natural fiber extracted from the husk of coconuts. Unlike peat, it is a naturally renewable and inherently sustainable growing media. Coir is the fibrous material found between the hard interior shell and the outer coating of a coconut. Sustain™ is a ready-to-use product. Use Sustain™ in any planting application or soil amendment process. Excellent for indoor plants and outdoor landscape soil preparations alike. Contains 100% pure coir. Suitable for starting seeds.
